The room was incredibly spacious with gorgeous wood floors, perfect for my pup! The outdoor pool area was fabulous, especially the cute airstream trailer bar. Plus, the location made it super easy to explore shops and restaurants right across the street!

Delightful location, delightful atmosphere with easy walking distance to dining options like Flapjacks for breakfast and beautiful access to The Island right across the street.

The pool area is really nice, with a great tropical vibe and an Airstream bar. Parking was tricky at night, which made things a bit inconvenient. Loved the retro decor and how clean the rooms were. Overall, it’s in a perfect location across from The Island. Just be prepared for some noise from other guests.

The pool area is fantastic and relaxing, especially the adult-only hours after 5 PM. The parking was a hassle, tough to find spaces in the evening. The decor is adorable and feels unique, quite a retro vibe. Just be wary of noise after hours; it's not very soundproof.

Celebrated my birthday here. Not a bad price for a stay. The pool was fantastic with a lovely adult-only atmosphere after 5 p.m. Nice staff offered early check-in. Room was spacious, but cleanliness fell short; we had to keep shoes on due to dirty floors. Had issues with multiple pending charges and subpar breakfast options. Noise was a significant issue, especially from neighbors and outside traffic. Parking was a challenge, particularly at night. The no-kids rule at the pool wasn’t enforced effectively. Some redeeming qualities definitely exist, but they must address these concerns for a smoother experience. Would consider returning, but only with improvements.

The retro style of this place totally rocks, and the pool is like a mini paradise! The location is perfectly centered for everything fun, and the air stream trailer bar adds a quirky touch.
Just wish the no kids policy was enforced after 5pm.

The room was spacious with a cozy fireplace that added a nice touch. Temperature control was decent, but the air conditioner struggled to keep things cool. Noise level was generally low, contributing to a comfortable atmosphere. there was a lack of seating outside to enjoy the view. The clutter in the parking lot made returning at night frustrating, especially with limited designated spots. While the bed was comfy, the fridge could have been larger for better convenience. having kids in the pool area after the designated hours detracted from the adult-only vibe expected.

The pool and hot tub were fantastic, providing a perfect way to unwind. The staff offered us complimentary drinks during check-in, making us feel welcomed right away.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but the experience was still worth it.

The remodel is impressive, and the staff is genuinely warm, making for a pleasant atmosphere. the noise from the go-kart track next door and thin walls took away from relaxation. The pool area is lovely but overrun by kids despite the “21 and up” rule after 5 PM. Parking was a hassle, with spots being taken by those visiting the nearby attractions. Breakfast was lackluster—bland and overpriced. Room 104 felt more like a basement, with limited light and constant noise from the stairs. Still, the location is perfect for exploring the area. Would consider returning with family.

The hotel stands right at the heart of Pigeon Forge, making it just a few steps away from fantastic local eats like Reagan's House of Pancakes and fun attractions like the Jurassic Jungle Boat Ride, all within a short walking distance, while it also offers a spacious room with a cozy fireplace and great amenities perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring; however, the water pressure could use a little boost.

The Wayback offers a fantastic pool with a no-kids rule after 5 pm, making it perfect for adults. The staff went above and beyond with an early check-in, and the location is superb—very close to Publix and the Island. I can't wait to return next spring!

My friends and I had a blast checking out the neat rock formation atop the trail and riding the 200, foot, tall ferris wheel with epic mountain views. The clean comedy shows were hilarious for us young party, goers and the staff was super cool and welcoming.
I wish there were more lively nightlife options nearby for us young folks to keep the party going late into the night! .

The location was fantastic, just across from a popular area with plenty of attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool area was well-equipped with a hot tub and cabanas, making it a great place to relax and unwind during the summer season.
Noise from outside was a constant issue, making it hard to enjoy a peaceful night's rest. The breakfast selection at the restaurant was limited and overpriced, with bland food.

The location was absolutely fantastic! It was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby. The room itself was spacious and cozy, and we especially loved the fireplace – it added a nice touch to the ambiance. The pool area was a real highlight for us. It had everything you could ask for – hot tub, cabanas, and even food and drink options. Definitely a great spot to relax and unwind. Cons:One of the downsides was the water pressure, which was a bit low. It wasn't a major issue, but worth mentioning. The noise levels were a bit bothersome at times. We could hear conversations from neighboring rooms, doors closing, and even traffic noise during the night. It was a bit disruptive, even with earplugs. The breakfast situation on our last morning was a bit disappointing. There didn't seem to be much offered besides drinks, which left us wishing for more food options. It's a nice place with its own charm, but there are definitely areas that could be improved upon. If you value location and a cozy atmosphere, it might be worth checking out. Just be prepared for a few hiccups along the way.

loved the location - right across from the island – didn't need to drive much. staff always friendly and rooms super clean. had a spa tub king room! and the pool looked nice. free wifi was a plus.

Spacious 2-bedroom suite, each with its own bathroom. Within walking distance to The Island at Pigeon Forge.

From morning till evening, there were endless activities to keep the whole family entertained. Riding the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel provided breathtaking views, while exploring The Island's shops and restaurants was a treat for all ages. The shows featuring clean comedy were a hit, making it a memorable family vacation spot.
My kids wished for a larger designated pet area.

the room was clean, the staff was wonderful, and the prices were amazing! the location is perfect for all families, right across the street from the island. publix is very close, by as is dollar general. the staff was really responsive and accommodating, and they even moved our rooms so we could be closer together. the breakfast was great with a variety of options. the pool had been redone with a slide, which everyone loved. lots of families were there having a great time.

Local crafts at The Local Goat cool, Wildwood Grove magical, Killbillies entertaining, Gold Nuggets divine. Island Fountain mesmerizing. Free breakfast tasty. Tanger Outlets shopping heaven. Hiking in Cades Cove fantastic - free exercise!
Who doesn't love hearing their neighbors through the walls all night long? ! .

My family and I had a wonderful stay at The Wayback. The outdoor pool was heated, and the kids loved it. The location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. The maids were very friendly and accommodating, and the staff at check-in was kind. The breakfast was delicious and convenient, with a wide selection. The hot water in the bathroom was a great surprise. I'll recommend this hotel.

Our stay at The Wayback was fantastic! The location was perfect, right across the street from The Island in Pigeon Forge, so we could easily walk to all the attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and offered great advice on places to visit. We loved the convenience of the on-site parking and the 24-hour reception. The outdoor swimming pool was a great addition for relaxation after a day of exploring. The free Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, but it didn't bother us much as we enjoyed the hiking and golf courses nearby. a great stay at a great price!

I chose Tribute Portfolio for its proximity to The Island in Pigeon Forge, which I was eager to explore. The Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud offered a delightful surprise with its mountain-style entertainment. , the variety of delicious southern dishes in Pigeon Forge is a definite highlight.
